The Healthiest Fruit Chaat with Zest Chaat Masala

Ingredients

  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 orange, segmented
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 1 kiwi, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Zest Chaat Masala
  • ½ tsp roasted cumin powder (optional)
  • ½ tsp black salt (optional)
  • 1–2 tsp honey (optional, for sweetness)

Method

  1. Wash and cut all fruits into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Place fruits in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add lemon juice, Zest Chaat Masala, cumin powder, and black salt. Mix gently.
  4. Add honey if you prefer sweetness. Toss lightly to combine.
  5. Serve immediately, chilled or at room temperature.
