5. Orders & Payments
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.
- Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) (available in select pin codes).
- All charges, including shipping and COD fees, are displayed at checkout.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays/public holidays).

- Tier-2/3 cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote locations: 7–10 business days

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
- Refunds, returns, and replacements are covered under our Refund, Return & Replacement Policy.
- Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.
- Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted. Refund/return terms will then apply.
