Shipping policy
1. Scope
This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed through www.zestfoods.in for retail packaged spices, seasonings, and related products sold by Agvika Foods Pvt. Ltd.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation (for prepaid orders) or order confirmation (for COD orders).
- Standard processing time: 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Customers receive an email/SMS confirmation once the order is dispatched.
3. Payment Methods
We support the following payment methods:
- Prepaid Payments: Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on selected pin codes only.
COD Terms:
- COD orders may carry an additional handling fee.
- Customers must provide a valid mobile number for confirmation before dispatch.
- Refusal to accept COD deliveries may result in blocking COD facility for future orders.
4. Shipping Methods & Partners
- Orders are shipped through reliable courier and logistics partners.
- A tracking number will be shared via email/SMS once dispatched.
- Delivery may be delayed due to natural calamities, strikes, or courier-related issues.
5. Delivery Timelines
- Metro & Tier-1 cities: 3–5 business days.
- Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 5–7 business days.
- Remote areas: 7–10 business days.
These are estimated timelines; actual delivery may vary depending on courier and location.
6. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹399/-.
- A shipping fee will applies on all orders below this value.
- Any COD handling charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before confirmation.
7. Delivery Attempts & Non-Delivery
- Couriers attempt delivery up to 2 times.
- If undelivered due to wrong/incomplete address or repeated unavailability, the package will be returned.
- Refunds (for prepaid orders) will be processed after deducting two-way shipping charges. COD refusal without valid reason may restrict COD option in future.
8. Inspection at Delivery
- Customers should check package condition at delivery.
- If found damaged, tampered, or leaking, the package should be refused and reported immediately at Support@zestfoods.in.
9. Serviceable Locations
- Currently, we ship orders only within India.
- International shipping will be added in future (with separate terms).
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Shipping & Delivery Policy is governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
